Meet the Founder and CEO

Lottie Williams is the founder and CEO of SCARS Ministry and Eagles Nest Mentoring Service. She is a Preacher, Mentor, Advocate, Intercessor, Chaplain, Motivational Speaker, and above all, a Mom.

Lottie is a firm believer that in order to lead, you need to be able to follow. She answered God’s call to preach in May 1996. While pursuing God and seeking answers to her life’s trials at the time, she heard God’s audible voice for the first time in her life. God quoted Luke Chapter 4 when he told Lottie, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; and to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

After losing her husband to a deadly virus, she embarked on a point-of-no-return journey. Lottie found herself widowed with the responsibility to raise an eight-year old son alone. The journey had officially begun for Lottie.

SCARS (Sisters Caring And Restoring Souls) was birthed during this tumultuous time in Lottie’s life. God knew Lottie could help heal the scars. Lottie had taken her life’s battles and created a safe place for women to come and be healed. Lottie had developed the belief that scars do indeed heal.

Lottie has traveled extensively around the world. She most recently sponsored her first missions trip to Ghana in November 2023. Ministry is officially Lottie’s passion not just within the church, but across the world.
